- 300 g mozzarella
- 400 g large, ripe tomatoes
- 1 large bunch of basil
- 6 anchovy fillets in oil
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- small garlic clove

Preparation
- Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes in slices
- Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella
- Divede the anchovies in two (lengthwise) and arrange them on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella
- Chop garlic and basil finely for the marinade, mix the herbs with Extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with the marinade
- Serve this dish with ciabatta bread.
